Organizational Chart

The below Organization Structure model represents NAC’s approval Organogram to be implemented during     the period of NAC Strategic Plan 2019-2024. Under the overall supervision of the Auditor General, the Organogram puts the operations of NAC under three layers being overseen by the two (2) Deputy Auditors   General and  Director of Executive Corporate Services  (for more insight about the other layers of the Organogram see the below structure).

To operationalize this organogram NAC needs enough office space, it was expected that NAC’s building project would have been completed in 2016 or 2017, however, the project continues government financing its commitment to complete the project. Hence, NAC was unable to operationalize the to drug its feet due to

local government levels, more importantly to comply with the reform agenda of the Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan 2018. This Organization Structure is, however, superseded with a new Structure Approval in the new NAC Strategic Plan 2019-2024 launched last May 2019.
